  My friend ordered off of the menu, last visit and her fish and chips we're amazing. She raved about how good it was. The buffet was closing down, to switch to dinner, so our server and the manager sincerely cared that I had enough to eat, before they tore it down.

  Spent a rather profitable hour or so here on our way to Edmonton airport just over a week ago. Even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon there were plenty of free games to choose from and I had good success on 2 of my favourite ones (which made for a nice change)!

  Can only rate the rink side. Staff is polite. Ice is good for the amount of skating that occurs on it. Skate sharpening on site but cash only could be an inconvenience to some people. Clean facilities every time I have been there. Parking lot is dirt on the back side of rink can get muddy. Overall I am very pleased with this facility.

  There is free coffee to wake you up, and booze to take you higher. If you like Craps, the tables can be a riot sometimes! Beware though, if there is a show going on, this place can get overwhelmingly busy and very very hot... but good thing there is a free coat check. Take advantage of it.

  I eat at the Bistro Kitchen Buffett, a few times a month. The servers are very professional, while still being warm and friendly. Great, delicious selection at the buffet.

  There was plenty of room to move around and people weren't bumping into your chair back as they passed by.

  I have been here many times... to play on the tables and slots, had service at the bar, ate at the restaurant (The Kitchen - which, is kid-friendly), I have been to the venue for a show, ate at the lounges, and enjoyed the duelling pianos (which was actually really, really good). I can't express enough how I would choose this location over others. It's a one stop shop for entertainment.

  My only real complaint with this venue is the poor air quality as smoking is allowed in part of the building and that is not a self contained area. I just tried to stay as far away from that area and anyone who was smoking as I could.

  to voice my opinion of how this was handled and they did not seem to care that I told them I would never return. Also before the show we went to one of the bars for a drink and the service was atrocious. People that came 5 to ten minutes after us were served before us as we sat there waiting to be acknowledged. To conclude many performers and acts that I won't see since I will never go back. It does not deserve the 1 star that I am forced to give it for this rating

  Terrible experience. I won a couple of tickets to see Snake Oil perform on new years eve. I decided to go to it because I wanted to check out The Venue and when we went to enter I was told one of the tickets had already been used and would have to go to the players club and they would take care of it. The agent cleared the scan and at last we entered. We got to the table only to see someone in it. Soon others showed up only to find their seats filled. After 4 or 5 workers checked and rechecked all the tickets the show had started. We were one table away from the stage and right in the center. They realized all 8 tickets were duplicated and decided since we were only 2 that they would move us. I wasn't happy but they moved us to the farthest corner of the venue. We passed many empty seats on the way and were told we may move to them if they don't fill. Since this far corner seat was unacceptable we chose to leave instead of wait it out. It was a total waste and ruin to our new years eve. There was zero empathy from the workers involved and they had no clue what to do. Obviously Ticketmaster screwed up printing. On my way out I stopped at the players club which has a Ticketmaster agent
